Sweet can! Yes, my Pesky 8:30 AM Friday Comparative Literature Tutorial (PAFCLT for short and stupid) got its ass canned. I was lucky enough to be unceremoniously dumped into the 8:30 AM Thursday tutorial, so now my last class of the week is at 13:30 on Thursdays… this pleases me greatly. I have taken it upon myself to mention this severally to everyone I know, which has resulted in a dramatic decrease in good will towards me. But I mean it’s all worth it right? Because this is like having a long weekend 52 times a year.. well actually since the semester has only 12 Fridays it’s not quite that all encompassing. But I won’t let that cramp my bliss! So, I am now operating on weekend savings time. Oh Yeeeeah.
I know I’m probably making this out to be a bigger deal than it really is, but hey, my life’s not very exciting ok? So I’m gonna just flog this winded mule for all I’m worth. I mean some people at other schools get 3 day weekends, but usually at schools where you actually get to hand pick your schedule, my good fortune on the other hand is enitrely because God loves me more than you.
